Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage House has been operating in the Ontario Mortgage Industry since 2007. Our Brokerage offers Mortgage agents 15 years of experience, hands-on support and offering effective solutions for all their client’s financing needs.
Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage House was started with the vision to help our in-House Realtors support their clients with a variety of Mortgage options specializing in getting you the best rate and most suitable financing in place. As the Mortgage Brokerage grew we noticed a larger need for Mortgage Agents in the industry who were looking for a supportive, transparent and professional Brokerage to develop the needed skills to have a successful career in the mortgage industry space.

Yes we do! That is one of the Benefits of being with Dominion Lending Centres is that we are very transparent with Commissions and Volume Bonus
Yes most of our commission plans are based on volume, level of experience and industry knowledge. Our volume levels can be discussed further in a one on one appointment.
No, we don’t have a minimum production level per agent. We understand everyone is at a different level in their career at different stages.
Aside from the industry licensing fees, we have a monthly fee of $150.00 +HST and the annual Errors and Omissions insurance that is a one time fee.
It changes from year to year but on average it’s between $329.00- $400.00 annually

No! That is not mandatory but you certainly can if you wish to.

Yes we have a standard contract that requires signing
Our contract does have a term but you are absolutely able to work with another Brokerage upon leaving.
We certainly ask for a head up on resignation but we don’t have a set amount of time.

We offer the majority of our training online with the team and individual sessions.
We cover a variety of topics such as, lender review, rate selection, Lender policy, deal overview, hands on case scenarios, marketing and sales training.
We have team meetings bi-weekly, and individual one on one sessions are booked on an as needed basis.
No, our training is Free and part of our Brokerage Support.
Yes we have lenders in to join our team meetings.
At least once a month we have a lender in for policy and product knowledge.
The majority of our Meetings are online and easily accessible to everyone.
Yes, Each mortgage agent gets their own domain name selected by them.
Yes, our websites are fully customizable and easy to make changes to.
Yes we do!
No, this is included in the monthly fee.
Yes all our websites have online applications and the ability to link them to Velocity and Filogix
Yes we always offer assistance with deal review and help on lender selection.
No, we don’t have a central underwriting department.
We always review the reasons for a lender to decline and see if we make any additions or changes that help strengthen the application and if resubmission is an option.
Yes we have a number of offices and locations that can accommodate in person client meetings at no additional cost.
